Cordis, Hong Kong’s all-day dining restaurant, The Place presents Hong Kong-themed afternoon tea buffet with a variety of Hong Kong local teatime delicacies, live cooking stations and tea-inspired desserts. Parents and kids can also spend time together creating their own special cookie.
The Place culinary team prepares an array of Hong Kong delicacies such as Prawn toast, Steamed Cantonese dim sum, Fried instant noodles, Beef macaroni in tomato soup and Honey barbecued pork rice with fried egg. Other highlighted dishes include à la minute Pizza, Salad, Salmon sashimi, Snapper sashimi, California roll, Scrambled egg with black truffle sauce, Fried fish cake in Korean style, Dumplings in soup, Japanese Ramen, Indian curry plus many more.
Dessert is another feature for tea buffet. Pastry Chef Roy Ma crafted a series of tea-inspired desserts such as Bubble tea cake, Jasmine lychee mango cake, Matcha cheesecake, Matcha warabi mochi, Green tea cheese tart, Oolong tea pudding, Black tea caramel chocolate mousse cake, Earl Grey tea tart, Lemon tea tart, Tea waffle, Hojicha panna cotta, Mövenpick ice cream, etc.
During Easter Holidays (19th to 22nd April), The Place has especially arranged fun activities such as kids favourite magic show and balloon twisting performance. Every child will also receive one complimentary Magnum ice cream bar to pair with various fruits, toppings and Easter chocolate eggs.
