Ming Court – Contemporary Cantonese Cuisine
Recognized by the 2019 Guangzhou Michelin Guide as a Michelin Plate restaurant, and inspired by its Michelin-starred sister restaurants in Shanghai and Hong Kong, Ming Court is to deliver an unrivaled dining experience for its guests.
The elegant restaurant is famous for signature dishes from aromatic soaked rice in lobster soup and fish maw with chicken pottage to minced shrimp enrobed in giant grouper, black truffle and mushroom dumplings. All these dishes are cooked using the best and the freshest ingredients.
The interior design of the restaurant was inspired by Xiguan Mansion, representative architecture of ancient Canton with distinct elements of high ceiling and Manchuria windows. The two Chinese calligraphy artworks on the walls of the dining hall, Bringing in the Wine by poet Li Bai and Stopping at a Friend’s Farm-house by poet Meng Haoran, exemplify the beauty of Chinese food and wine culture, and perfect the exquisite dining ambience.The restaurant offers eight private dining rooms for more intimate gatherings with family and business associates.
The Open Kitchen – Interactive International Cuisines
The Open Kitchen offers an enticing array of gourmet specialties featuring Asian and Continental cuisines. Diners can watch the kitchen team in action turning fresh ingredients into innovative dishes and creating a tempting array of global favourites served all day from breakfast through lunch and dinner to midnight snacks.
The extensive menu ranges from fresh imported seafood like chilled green whelk, king crab and oyster to a wide selection of fresh salads and cold meat platters. For the main, you may choose from authentic Cantonese food, spaghetti, to Southeast flavours. An open barbecue grill offers sizzling imported steaks and seafood. For an exotic dessert selection, The Open Kitchen serves a variety of à la carte dishes and ice cream creations.
As an all-day-dining restaurant, The Open Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snack. The whole dining space is done in a light beige hue and adorned with a teardrop-shaped chandelier and spectacular thread-circled floor. The open space and subtle natural lighting coming through the windows create a relaxing and comfortable ambience.

Sky Bar – A Relaxing Open-Air Space
Featuring panoramic views of the night sky and after-hours entertainment, the open-air Sky Bar allows guests to soak up the relaxing atmosphere with the sky as a backdrop while taking in an abundant choice of beverages from vintage wines to modern cocktails and from seasonal specials to fine champagnes.
Sky Bar is a great place to meet up with friends. The four ivory canvases resembling huge lampshades stand in the centre of the bar. Big rattan sofas and quiet booths offer more privacy for small gatherings. This open-air space allows guests to indulge themselves in the charming sunset, elegant lighting and upbeat music.
