The Peak Tram and The Peak Tower

Running from Garden Road Admiralty to Victoria Peak via the Mid-Levels, The Peak Tram provides the most direct route and offers good views over the harbour and skyscrapers of Hong Kong.  It is a steep funicular railway that allows passengers to enjoy panoramic views of Hong Kong. The journey takes only seven minutes and is a visual experience to capture the glittery skyscrapers at what appear to be impossible angles while the tram makes its way to the Peak.  At the top, The Peak Tower is an attraction in itself, with fun shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Designed by British architect Terry Farrell, The Peak Tower is one of the architectural icons of Hong Kong. The multi-level complex is an excellent spot for picking up Hong Kong gifts and souvenirs – the Peak Market offers shoppers a modern reinterpretation of traditional Hong Kong shopping experiences such as Temple Street and Ladies' Market with Chinese artwork, curios, silk, watches, jewellery and electronics on sale. The mall’s viewing platform – Sky Terrace 428 – stands 428 metres above one of the world’s most breathtaking cityscapes.

The Sky Gallery is a place to enrich cultural understanding of Hong Kong: it documents the ever-changing appearance of Hong Kong with an exhibit of historical photos.  Visitors can choose from a wide array of cuisines and many come with jaw-dropping beautiful views of Victoria Harbour.
