Located on the 103rd floor of the Ritz Carlton, the world's tallest hotel perched atop of the ICC building in West Kowloon, Café 103 offers a panoramic of the city and a unparalleled dining experience. From now until 31 October, Café 103 is collaborating with noted specialty jewellery brand Qeelin to present theQeelin Afternoon Tea, pairing tempting classic French pastries and savouries with a fine collection of teas, as a fusion representation of refned artistry and oriental glamour.

The delicacies, offered in an elegant stacked tray set, include Scones with clotted cream and homemade jam, Smoked salmon with lemon dill cheese puff, Squid ink burger with pork rillettes and pistachio, and Flaxseed croissant with black truffle egg salad. They were followed by, among others, Mango Ginger Tart, a delightful desert adorned with a chocolate Panda Bobo, and a Qeelin signature piece, Coconut Passion, a tribute to Qeelins WuLu collection. The tea set ends with coffee, tea and Ritz Carltons own chocolate collection. To spend a relaxed afternoon and enjoy the splendid vista, the Qeelin Afternoon Tea is the perfect choice.
