Elite Dining Week 2017 is almost here, with over 30 of Hong Kong’s top restaurants to choose from

Over 30 of Hong Kong’s best restaurants are presenting specially crafted set menus for this year’s Elite Dining Week, which is kicking off in a weeks’ time, on November 9th. Elite Dining Week provides guests with an opportunity to sample the best food Hong Kong has to offer, cooked by top chefs and featuring their finest signature dishes with optional accompanying wine pairings.  

 

The list of restaurants includes Seasons*, Pierre**, Mandarin Grill and Bar*, Rech by Alain Ducasse, Gough’s on Gough, Gradini Ristorante Italiano, Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine**, Akrame*, Nicholini’s, Golden Leaf, Brasserie on the Eighth, Chez Ed, Le Reve, MIC Kitchen, Dining at Murasaki, Bibo, The Ocean, Tri, G7 Private Dining, Tosca*, Angelini, YUE, Kishoku, Cuisine Cuisine Tsim Sha Tsui, On Dining Kitchen & Lounge, Serge et Le Phoque and Upper Modern Bistro.

 

Some set menus are themed, presenting once-in-a-lifetime dining experiences. Angelini’s chef has put together an all-star Italian menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses featuring Fassona beef tartare, homemade chitarra pasta and a selection of organic Italian cheeses; and the two-Michelin-starred Sun Tung Lok Chinese Cuisine is offering up an 8-course menu including roast suckling pig, Yoshihama dried abalone, Kyushu whole king prawn and braised prime rib.

 

Launched by DiningCity in partnership with American Express, online reservations for the event starts at 10:00am on the 3rd November, giving guests a chance to book their tables in advance.
