This promotion from Chef Paolo Federici, creatively prepares the porchetta in a versatile menu sure to impress even the most discriminating palates. The main dish includes traditional roasted suckling pig with herbs, grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes, home-made strozzapreti with porchetta sauce, leeks and Pecorino cheese, ravioli filled with porchetta, broad beans and Asiago cheese, rosemary foccaccia with sliced porchetta, mustard, mushrooms, white pizza with porchetta, fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and basil pesto and priced from $218*.
