Sizzling Times with Prime US Beef and Decadent Foie Gras

It’s Prime time. Savour a sizzling medley of USDA Prime beef dishes and sumptuous foie gras at Holiday Inn Golden Mile's Bistro on the Mile’s Dinner Buffet from 1st Mar to 30 April 2018. 

 

Guests can relish a scrumptious variety of their favourite US Prime beef dishes such as: Roasted beef with asparagus roll, ox tail with vegetable jelly, roasted US beef ribs with black pepper, US beef and pork meat ball, BBQ US Sirloin & Ribs, grilled US beef burger meat with caramelized onion, beef Bourguignon, beef goulash and roasted veal fillet with mushroom, and foie gras cream sauce. Foie Gras is a delicacy deeply rooted in the Western world of gastronomy. This melt-in-your-mouth delicacy will be served in different ways.  Accompanied with fruit we have the Pan-fried Foie Gras with roasted Granny Smith Apple; Foie gras crème brulee, Japanese egg custard with crab meat and foie gras,  Pasta with foie gras and truffle sauce, etc. There is also a choice of oceanic delights for seafood lovers.  Cooked seafood delicacies incude shrimps in their shells, blue mussels, Japanese crab leg, and green whelk.  Diners can also indulge in succulent fresh oysters.  

 

Top off this feast with an array of delectable desserts featuring the mango Napoleon, deep fried banana, Portuguess egg tart, blueberry panna cotta, Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, plus three selections of Häagen Dazs ice cream.
