Umegaoka Sushi No Midori Souhonten (Midori)

This successful sushi brand, popular in both Japan and Hong Kong, is known for serving fresh, skilfully prepared sushi at reasonable prices. The motto “freshness, technique, and care” underlies Midori’s commitment to serving customers with passion and quality. Be sure to try out the Sashimi of Extra Fatty Tuna in which the finest fatty tuna slices flown directly from the fish market in Japan are so tender they practically melt in the mouth.
