Takumi by Daisuke Mori

One Michelin-starred Takumi by Daisuke Mori takes the private dining experience to whole new levels, fusing timeless French technique with an understanding of seasonality and quality that is inherent in Japanese gastronomy. Hidden away on Wan Chai's Wood Road, and sequestered behind a subtle limestone façade that belies the restaurant's luxurious interiors, this unique restaurant caters to only twelve guests at a time, offering a degustation experience that has its grounding in the intimacy of traditional Omakase.
