COVA x GUERLAIN Beauty & The Bees

Taking inspiration from the Guerlain tradition, our executive chef Sergio Landi has created a limited-edition 5-course tasting menu imbued with the French perfumer’s classic, floral-scented colognes, as well as the nourishing honey from its emblematic bee product line, in an unprecedented cross-over of century-old traditions from the best of European culinary and beauty artisans. Each dish is artistically conceived from ingredients, preparation and presentation to evoke – but never overwhelmingly so – the floral notes and honeyed tastes of mid-summer, promising a journey of tastes from the verdant meadows of Alpine Italy to the blooming flower fields of Provence.
This limited-time menu will be served at designated COVA Ristorante-Caffè outlets in Hong Kong from 5 June to 31 July, 2019.


Rosy Garden

A drink available either in mocktail or cocktail. Created from a homemade rose & strawberry syrup base prepared with mixed summer berries, a helping of fresh rose leaves, lemon and lime wedges, and topped up with oolong tea and soda water. An extra shot of prosecco for the cocktail version.
Served with a custom-designed bee stirrer courtesy of Guerlain, and an edible flower garnish.


Chargrilled Australian Black Onyx Sirloin, Honey Cherry Tomato, Potato Duchess, Buttered Spinach

Chargrilled premium black angus sirloin with luxuriously fine marbling, with a side of cherry tomato peeled and carefully injected with honey, as well as beehive-shaped potato duchess. Aromatic, savoury and incredibly sweet, all in one dish.


Risotto with Homemade Mixed Herbs Pesto, Fennel Pollen

Cooked to perfection with white wine, butter, onion and shallot, this risotto is mixed with a homemade herbs pesto and parmesan cheese and seasoned with fennel pollen for a refreshing taste perfect for the summer time.
Garnished with Guerlain signature bees for a touch of colour.


Beetroot Marinated Salmon, Radish, Horseradish Sauce

This refreshing dish combines lightly marinated salmon with beetroot and lemon, light-pickled radish, then finished with a dollop of lemon oil. Artfully arranged in a floral placement for the perfect starter.
