Immerse yourself in a world of chocolate at Hyatt Regency

Be thrilled by the ultimate chocolate experience at Cafe of Hyatt Regency in Tsim Sha Tsui this April and May. Pastry Chef Gary Lau will showcase a variety of chocolate delights at the dinner buffet, allowing diners to immerse themselves in a world of chocolate!

The chocolate tasting corner will feature 10 types of single origin chocolates alongside other chocolates from famous brands including Valrhona, Belcolade and Puratos. A mouthwatering selection of finely-crafted chocolate desserts will also be available to complete your chocolate journey. Don't miss the French black truffle chocolate cake, Wasabi chocolate mousse cones and chilli chocolate cake slices, as well as chocolate opera, chocolate raspberry trifle and Valrhona chocolate crème brulee.

Aside from chocolate treats, the all-day restaurant Cafe serves an impressive range of freshly made delicacies ranging from sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki, a fine selection of grilled seafood and meats, fresh pastas and pizzas, authentic curries and an array of western antipasti, salads, and more.
