Put a little spice in your spring

This month, Michelin-rated  Chef Alejandro  and  celebrated  Thai Chef  Amoo  welcome  the  season with  zesty,  fragrant and  lively new  menus  that  are  sure to  give the gloomy weather the boot.

From March 15  to April  30, Namo will offer a spring menu that revolves around light and lively flavours, showcasing a variety of nature’s best produce in Namo’s ground-breaking cuisine.

Savour  marinated  salmon  with  luscious  white asparagus  in  its  creamy  lime  dressing  or try the grilled  scallop  on  avocado  crush  to name a few.  Vegetarian  fans  will  adore  the  grilled  pumpkin  and  white asparagus  bathed in a  mild Southern  curry  of coconut, fresh turmeric and galangal.

What’s more, March  also  sees  the  long-awaited  launch  of  Namo’s  SUNDAY  HARBOURSIDE  BRUNCH  commencing March 16th. Begin the Sunday ‘graze-fest’ with the spread of  over a dozen  Thai delicacies,  including  crowd  pleasers  -  fresh  Spring Rolls with Grilled Shrimp, Delectable Thai Fish Cake,  Fragrant Mussels,  and many more.
