1. Seasons by Olivier Elzer
It hasn’t been open a year yet but already Seasons has been awarded a Michelin star, propelling it to culinary fame. The chic and contemporary restaurant now also has a garden terrace overlooking the busy Causeway Bay shopping district, open from 12 noon every day.

This ever-popular modern American steakhouse occupies a prime spot on Harbour City, with one of the best views of the Central skyline. And although their specialty is the New York Strip Steak ($388), we could not get over the Acacia Honey Marinated Alaskan Black Cod ($248).
Celebrity Chef Jason Atherton is behind this hip and happening place sitting on the courtyard of a revitalised heritage building, just off the Soho dining district. We give it five stars for ambience, a perfect place for drinks and desserts downstairs.
