Assaggio Trattoria Italiana CNY Firework Seafood Semi-Buffet and Valentine’s Day Dinner

Situated at Hong Kong Arts Centre, Assaggio embraces the artistic neighborhood and incorporates a cozy and warm dining ambiance. From the al fresco patio, diners may enjoy panoramic view of the stunning Chinese New Year Firework up above the Victoria Habour. On 29 Jan (Sun, second day of Chinese New Year), Assaggio has prepared the Prosperous Seafood Semi-buffet ($888*/adult; $588*/child) for diners to enjoy under the spectacular firework display. At the buffet table, various fresh seafood appetizers including Whole Poached Lobsters, Mussels & Clams seasoned with Lemon & Olive Oil, and Avocado & Calamari Salad will boost your appetite; Apart from one main course selection, diners can also savor Assaggio’s signature Lobster Lasagna and Herb Roasted Suckling Pig at the hot chafing station. Lastly, have a sweet finale with the signature Homemade Tiramisu, Mont Blanc, various Puffs, Parmesan Cheese Wheel and fruits at the dessert corner.

“Lovingly Yours” 5-course Valentine’s Day Dinner

During dinner session of the St. Valentine’s weekend from 10 – 14 February, Brand Chef Francesco Gava has prepared a 5-course set dinner ($438*/person) featuring colorful and refreshing Italian gourmets. Making use of seasonal ingredients and Italian cooking technique, Chef meticulously crafted the dishes in an artistic and romantic approach, including a bouquet-like Mixed Leaf Salad with Edible Flowers and Raspberry Dressing and heart shape Homemade Crab Meat Ravioli.

Apart from the set dinner menu, Chef has specially crafted three more Valentine’s specials available during the weekend, including the astonishing Heart Shape Pizza ($108*), Fresh Oyster with Garden Herbs served with a glass of Sparkling Wine ($68*/ person) and Heart Shape Strawberry Semifreddo ($38*), enriching the sweet and memorable night of you and your beloved.
