HOW TO GET THERE
1) Take bus no.15 from Central; 2) Bus no.15B from Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre; 3) Minibus Route 1 from Central; 4) The Peak Tram from Central.

A view of the spectacular Victoria Harbour at the Lion's Pavilion on Findlay Road is a must. Hong Kong's fabulous skyline framing the harbour is truly a sight to behold and rightfully one of the top sightseeing attractions in the world.
BREAKFAST AT MAK’S NOODLE
Then it's time to stroll around The Peak Galleria. But first, grab a light breakfast at Mak's Noodle, a famous wonton noodle outlet since the 1920s. Arguably Hong Kong's most famous food with a long history of shared heritage, it's a must-try item for any visitor. (Shop 12-13, Level 1)
HONG KONG TRAMS STATION
A light breakfast should get you properly re-charged. Time to check out the Hong Kong Trams Station, the first museum that introduces one of Hong Kong's most iconic transport modes – the ding-ding trams that have been traveling along the streets of Hong Kong Island since 1904. As Hong Kong's earliest public transport, the tram has formed an indelible and lasting bond with the Hong Kong people over the generations. The museum showcases a fascinating collection of artefacts and memorabilia. There is a reconstructed tram scene in 50's where visitors can experience it by sitting on old wooden tram seats. THE ART OF CHOCOLATE HONG KONG
Here is your first cool treat of the day – a visit to a most unique museum, The Art of Chocolate Hong Kong, a dream exhibition for chocolate lovers who will surely be overwhelmed with its artful display. The Art of Chocolate Hong Kong, prepared and created by a professional team led by famous chocolatier Nikolai Popov, has been working with chocolate arts for more than 20 years. The exhibition presents high quality chocolate crafted items. Be sure to join its workshop so you can also make your own chocolate pieces too. (Shop 08-09A, Level 2)

OBSERVATION DECK
For a completely different take on Hong Kong, head up to the Observation Deck on Level 3 for a panoramic view of the south side of Hong Kong Island. The idyllic Pok Fu Lam Reservoir surrounded by lush hills with islands in the background shows off the natural side of Hong Kong – it's a perfect photo-spot for selfies too! (Level 3)

For cool souvenirs, go visit Gift at Races, a souvenir shop operated by the Hong Kong Jockey Club which offers a wide variety of horse-and-racing-themed souvenirs and gifts. Did you know that horse racing has long been Hong Kong's favourite pastime? Be sure to browse and pick up a souvenir or two to appreciate the city's horse racing culture.(Shop 10, Level 1)

Time to recharge again as a busy and active day awaits. You must try the Chinese BBQ roast meats or “Siu Mei” , another famous Hong Kong food that celebrities from around the world would visit the city for. Come and Try!
