This season, Thomas Pink channelled the grand tradition of British exploration travelling the world as inspiration for its Spring/Summer 2015 collection. The journey yielded a whimsical fusion of the brand’s innovative fabrications and modern approach to conventional Jermyn Street styling, with the distinctive characteristics of some of the most beautiful places on earth.

From patterns inspired by the palaces of India, to the laid-back cool of Australian beach style, to the saturated colours of South America, Thomas Pink blurred the lines between casual and formal turning such traditional English designs as stripes and checks into a global celebration.

Quality, Innovation, Flawless Fit

Thomas Pink first laid the foundation for its seasonal wanderlust with the introduction of superior quality fabrics and innovative textiles.

Pink’s commitment to excellence also becomes apparent in its chambray and linen treatments. The brand’s chambray is a beautiful Italian woven fabric in a 70’s single construction. It has an irregular slub effect on the surface which makes it feel silky and soft.

Thomas Pink linens are always the best in class. For the new season, linen shirt styles include coloursaturated solids, bright plaids and washed stripes along with tweed-like navy and charcoal. Slim fit tailoring ensures a polished look that transitions between casual and dress. Linen jackets are distinctively pink ranging from structured solids and stripes to casually fashioned plaids and muted earth tones.

Jermyn Street Expertise with a Pink Wink

Under the Pink treatment, the classic butcher stripe becomes a vibrant statement of personal style. Fashioned from sumptuous Italian chambray, the Alford stripe provides a pop of punchy colour against a crisp white background while the butcher stripe is white against a colour-drenched backdrop. Slim fitting and double cuffed, Alford shirts create a sharp silhouette that mean business.

Relaxed, Yet Dapper

Pink’s Douglas and Combes casual fit shirts are a nod to the buffalo-style plaids popularized by 1990’s rock stars. The Douglas shirt is made from a breezy oxford weave in bright, summary colours whilst the Combes is crafted in a herringbone weave to set off its moody blue hues.

Tranquil seascapes and the youthful nonchalance of denim served as muses for Pink’s Indigo series. Checks, stripes and a spring fling-ready print take on a laid back sophistication with slim fits and small collars.

The new Texture slim fit shirt illustrates Pink’s fashion forward sensibility. Created from a gorgeous jacquard woven fabric, it features a motif evocative of a window found in an Indian palace. The Belcher Texture slim fit uses a cross stitch to achieve its jacquard effect. Against a crisp white background, it’s just right for hot summer nights on the Mediterranean.

More girlfriend than boyfriend, the classic Darcy shirt gets a seasonal makeover with deep saturated colours, open air textures, silk and linen. The butcher stripe reinvent themselves on the Darcy as do the Naturistic-inspired Moss and Wathan paisley prints.
