Celebrate Easter with Memorable Dining Experiences at Sheraton Macao Hotel

Easter is a time of celebration with family, and Sheraton Macao Hotel, Cotai Central is offering an array of memorable dining experiences. Bene, the hotel's cozy, family Italian trattoria will be offering an Easter Day Brunch and Easter dinner, where children can also have fun painting Easter eggs. Feast, the vibrant all-day dining restaurant, will offer Easter lunch and dinner buffets that will feature tradtional Easter dishes, local Macau cuisine and a variety of international fare. And the Palms lobby lounge will offer a special Easter Tea Set, full of beautiful, hand-crafted pastries. 
 
 
Easter family dining at Bene
 
 
Especially for this year’s Easter Day Brunch, Executive Sous Chef Gaetano Palumbo of Bene, is preparing a special selection of pasta and meat dishes such as Homemade ricotta cheese and spinach cannelloni in tomato sauce; Slow-cooked black pork neck with truffle potato puree; and Lamb loin with licorice sauce. Guests are also welcome to choose from the impressive selection of appetizers, sumptuous seafood, roasted turkey and more on display at the semi-buffet.  And, for dessert, guests will be spoilt for choice with Chef Gaetano’s very own creations of Espresso Panna Cotta with crispy chocolate pearls; Forest berries with marsala and zabaglione; Torta Caprese and Torta Ricotta.  Bene’s Easter Brunch is on Sunday, April 5 starting from 11:00 am at MOP 488* per person. 
 
For those who wish to dine at Bene for dinner, Chef Gaetano has designed a special Pasqua Easter Family Sharing Set for three or four people.  The set features Black cod with asparagus, sun-dried cherry tomatoes and Pantelleria capers; Seared Lamb “tournedos” with braised artichoke and Penne with bacon, egg yolk, parmesan and cream, finished in Castelmagno cheese. And the pièce de résistance is Chef Gaetano’s exquisite dessert: Zuppe inglese with amarena cherries and cinnamon sauce.  The Pasqua Easter Family Sharing Set will be available starting from Good Friday on April 3 through April 6 for MOP 1,388*.
 
Also in true Easter tradition, children will be invited to paint their very own Easter eggs in all sorts of fun colors! Kids can have fun coloring eggs on April 4 and 5 at Bene from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm or from 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
 
 
Easter buffets at Feast 
 
 
Feast, the all-day buffet restaurant at Sheraton Macao Hotel, will showcase a lavish spread of traditional Easter holiday dishes and a variety of international fare for lunch and dinner.  At the Easter Lunch Buffet, guests can enjoy a sumptuous spread of Seafood on Ice as well as traditional Easter favorites such as Lamb, Stuffed turkey or Prime Ribs with red wine sauce.  Or, for those who wish to try the local flavors of Macau, Feast’s African chicken is bursting with flavor and the Vaca estufada or Feijoada Portuguese stews are truly authentic. The Easter Lunch Buffet at Feast will be available from April 3 – April 5 for MOP 218* per person.  
 
Feast’s Easter Dinner Buffet will feature Baked tangerine ham with brown sugar and mustard glaze as well as a magnificent Macanese roast suckling pig – a local, Macau favorite. Guests can also experience a taste of India with Fish with masala or lamb, chicken, prawn, quail and fish fresh out of the Tandoor ovens.  And the colorful Dessert Island in the center of the restaurant, will be filled with delicious desserts such as Chestnut Sacher Cake, Vanilla Panna Cotta with fresh berries, Chocolate Eclairs and Apple crumble. The Easter Dinner Buffet at Feast will be from April 3 – 5 for MOP 418* per person.

Easter Tea Set at Palms
 
 
Executive Pastry Chef Julian Hutchings has designed a special tea set full of exquisitely hand-crafted pastries for the Easter Tea Set at Palms this year.  The tea sets will feature Deviled eggs with salmon roe and truffle essence; Wood-fired ham and leek veloute bouchess; Fois Gras terrine with pistachio crust, fig jam and brioche cracker; Baked cheesecake with lemon zest and raspberries; Yuzu tartlets with mango and coriander salsa – just to name a few!  The Easter Tea Set is MOP 298** for two persons.  And for those who wish to purchase Easter presents, Palms will also have Chocolate Easter Goodies available for sale.  The Easter Tea Set and Chocolate Easter Goodies will be available from March 30 – April 6.
